Role Description The Finance Manager at Coral Isle Hotels is a full-time, on-site role based in Kochi. This role oversees day-to-day financial operations, including budgeting, forecasting, cash flow management, and financial reporting for the hotel. Responsibilities include monitoring revenue and expenses, preparing monthly and annual financial statements, and ensuring accurate accounting records. The Finance Manager will manage compliance with relevant financial regulations, oversee audits, and maintain strong internal controls. The role collaborates closely with the general management and department heads to support strategic decision-making, optimize costs, and improve financial performance.
Qualifications
- Strong skills in financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting for hospitality or service-based businesses.
- Proficiency in accounting principles, financial reporting, and audit preparation.
- Experience with hotel or property management systems and finance-related software tools.
- Ability to analyze financial data, interpret trends, and provide clear recommendations.
- Excellent communication, collaboration, and stakeholder management skills.
- Demonstrated attention to detail, integrity, and commitment to maintaining robust internal controls.
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, or a related field; professional certifications such as CA, CMA, CPA, or equivalent are an advantage.
- Prior experience in a finance leadership role, preferably within the hospitality industry or a similar service environment.
Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
