Key Responsibilities
Safety and Security Management: Maintain physical safety, monitor surveillance and CCTV systems, and secure all hotel perimeters..
Team Leadership: Direct and supervise security personnel, conduct daily briefings, and assign patrol duties.
Incident Response: Investigate crimes, accidents, or complaints, and prepare daily incident reports for management.
Emergency & Risk Coordination: Manage fire safety, life safety, and crisis response plans while coordinating with local authorities like the police and fire departments.
Staff Training: Train hotel employees on safety standards, emergency evacuation protocols, and security awareness.
Qualifications & Skills experience: 3 to 5 years of security management experience, preferably within the hospitality or luxury service sector.
Education: A bachelor's degree or diploma in security management, criminal justice, or hotel administration.
Core Skills: Strong crisis leadership, problem-solving under pressure, familiarity with safety technologies, and excellent communication
Pay: ₹50,000.00 - ₹70,000.00 per month
