We are looking for an experienced and dedicated Civil Site Supervisor to oversee day-to-day construction activities and ensure projects are executed safely, efficiently, and in accordance with approved drawings and quality standards.
Eligibility
- ITI (Civil) or Diploma in Civil Engineering
- Minimum 10 years of experience in civil building construction
- Experience in supervising RCC, masonry, plastering, finishing, and site execution works
- Ability to read and interpret construction drawings
- Good knowledge of quality control, safety practices, and labour management
- Strong communication and coordination skills
Key Responsibilities
- Supervise daily site activities and labour productivity
- Coordinate with engineers, subcontractors, and suppliers
- Ensure work is executed as per drawings, specifications, and quality standards
- Monitor material usage and maintain daily work records
- Enforce safety procedures and maintain site housekeeping
- Report daily progress and resolve site execution issues
Preferred Skills
- Experience in government, commercial, or institutional building projects will be an added advantage.
- Ability to manage multiple teams and achieve project milestones within schedule.
Salary: Best in the industry, based on experience.
Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
