We are looking for a creative, data-driven, and highly organized Social Media & Content Specialist to own our brand’s digital presence. In this role, you will be the voice, eyes, and ears of our brand across all social platforms. You won't just schedule posts—you will map out content strategies, edit engaging short-form video, write compelling copy, and foster an active online community.

Key Responsibilities
1. Content Creation & Production
- Concept, script, shoot, and edit high-quality, engaging visual content primarily focused on short-form video (Reels, Shorts) and static graphics.
- Write punchy, platform-specific copy and captions that align perfectly with our brand voice.
- Design basic visual assets using tools like Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, or mobile editing apps (CapCut, InShot).
2. Strategy & Platform Management
- Develop and execute a monthly content calendar aligned with marketing goals, product launches, and cultural moments.
- Oversee daily scheduling, publishing, and optimization across all major platforms (Instagram, LinkedIn, YouTube, Twitter, etc.).
- Actively monitor social media trends, viral audio, and platform algorithm updates to pivot tactics quickly.
3. Community Engagement & Growth
- Manage the frontline of our brand by responding to comments, direct messages, and mentions in a timely, authentic manner.
- Initiate conversations and foster a loyal, highly engaged community around the brand.
- Monitor brand sentiment and escalate customer service issues or inquiries to the appropriate internal teams.
4. Analytics & Reporting
- Track weekly and monthly performance metrics (engagement rate, reach, follower growth, video completion rates).
- Translate data into actionable insights—identify what content performs best and use those learnings to refine future strategies.
Qualifications & Skills
- Technical Savvy: Proficient with native platform tools (Instagram Reels) and scheduling platforms (e.g., Later, Buffer, Sprout Social).
- Creative Eye: Strong photography, videography, and basic video editing skills. A sharp eye for aesthetics, framing, and visual storytelling.
- Communication: Exceptional written communication skills with a knack for adapting tone to suit different audiences and platforms.
- Mindset: Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
Pay: ₹3,000.00 - ₹5,000.00 per month
