Job Title: Flexographic Printing Operator

Salary: ₹25,000 – ₹30,000 per month
Job Summary
We are looking for an experienced and detail-oriented Flexographic Printing Operator to join our production team in Kakkanad. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience operating flexographic printing machines and be committed to producing high-quality printed materials while maintaining safety and production standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Set up and operate flexographic printing machines.
- Monitor print quality and make necessary adjustments during production.
- Ensure accurate color matching and registration.
- Perform routine machine cleaning and preventive maintenance.
- Minimize material waste and maintain production efficiency.
- Follow safety procedures and company quality standards.
- Coordinate with the production team to meet daily production targets.
Requirements
- Experience operating flexographic printing machines is preferred.
- Basic knowledge of printing processes, inks, and substrates.
- Ability to identify and resolve basic machine issues.
- Good attention to detail and quality.
- Willingness to work in shifts, if required.
