THE OPPORTUNITY
This is not a routine operations job.
We are looking for someone who wants to build a healthcare business from the ground up. You will work directly with the Managing Director and will be responsible for establishing MEDIGO as the leading home healthcare provider in Chennai.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Business Growth - Lead the launch and expansion of MEDIGO across Chennai. - Develop and execute business growth strategies. - Identify new business opportunities and partnerships. - Drive patient acquisition and revenue growth.
Operations - Oversee end-to-end home healthcare operations. - Ensure smooth scheduling and service delivery. - Develop SOPs and operational workflows. - Maintain high standards of patient care and service quality.
Recruitment & Team Building - Recruit and onboard home nurses, physiotherapists, caregivers, and support staff. - Conduct interviews and coordinate credential verification. - Develop training and performance management systems. - Build a motivated, high-performing team. Business Development - Build relationships with hospitals, consultants, clinics, diagnostic centres, pharmacies, senior citizen communities, apartment associations, corporates, and insurance partners. - Expand referral networks across Chennai. Quality & Customer Experience - Monitor patient satisfaction and service quality. - Resolve escalations and complaints effectively. - Implement continuous quality improvement initiatives. Financial Performance - Achieve revenue and profitability targets. - Monitor operational costs. - Improve productivity and resource utilization. Leadership - Lead multidisciplinary teams across operations, marketing, nursing, physiotherapy, customer support, and scheduling. - Foster a culture of accountability, innovation, and continuous improvement.
QUALIFICATIONS
Preferred: - MBA - Master of Hospital Administration (MHA) - MBA Hospital Administration - BPT with management experience - B.Sc Nursing with leadership experience - Any equivalent healthcare management qualification
EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS
Minimum 5 years of relevant experience. - Experience in home healthcare, hospital operations, healthcare startups, healthcare business development, or multi-location healthcare services is highly preferred.
