Job Summary
We are seeking a dynamic and result-oriented District Manager to drive sales growth, expand market presence, and manage distributor and field sales operations within the assigned territory. The ideal candidate should possess strong leadership skills, a proven sales track record, and experience in building and managing high-performing sales teams.
Key Responsibilities
- Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets for the assigned district.
- Appoint, develop, and manage distributors and channel partners.
- Lead, coach, and motivate Sales Officers and field sales executives.
- Ensure effective implementation of sales and marketing strategies.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer requirements.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key retailers, distributors, and healthcare professionals.
- Ensure product availability and optimum stock levels across the territory.
- Prepare sales forecasts, reports, and market intelligence for management.
- Conduct regular field visits to monitor team performance and identify business opportunities.
- Ensure timely collection of outstanding payments and maintain healthy business relationships.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in any discipline (Science background is preferred).
- 5–10 years of sales experience, with at least 2–3 years in as a manager.
- Strong leadership, communication, negotiation, and analytical skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools.
- Willingness to travel extensively within the assigned territory.

Preferred Candidate Profile
- Experience in the Ayurvedic or pharmaceutical industry is highly preferred.

- Excellent interpersonal and relationship management skills.
- Self-motivated, customer-focused, and result-driven.
Pay: ₹16,094.85 - ₹44,596.93 per month
