E-Commerce Manager – International Marketplaces Location: Prahladpura, Jaipur (Rajasthan) — On-site Positions Open: 2 Experience: 2 to 5 years Salary: ₹20,000 – ₹50,000 per month (Commensurate with experience) About the Role We are seeking a results-driven E-Commerce Manager to oversee and scale our international marketplace operations. In this role, you will be responsible for end-to-end management, listing optimization, and advertising strategy across major global platforms, including Amazon (USA, UK, Japan, Canada), eBay, and Walmart. Key Responsibilities * Marketplace Management: Create, optimize, and maintain high-performing product listings across Amazon (USA, UK, JP, CA), eBay, and Walmart. * PPC & Advertising: Plan, launch, and optimize Amazon PPC campaigns to maximize ROI, lower ACoS, and drive sales growth. * SEO & Keyword Strategy: Conduct in-depth keyword research and continuous keyword harvesting to enhance organic search rankings and ad efficiency. * Analytics & Reporting: Track daily/weekly sales, ad spend, conversion rates, and account health. Build actionable dashboards and reports in Excel. * Creative Coordination: Work closely with graphic design teams to produce high-converting product images, infographics, and A+ Content/EBC. * Account Health: Monitor seller central account metrics, resolve compliance or listing suppression issues, and maintain healthy account standings. Qualifications & Required Skills * 2–5 years of hands-on experience managing Amazon Seller/Vendor Central accounts and PPC campaigns. * Proven track record of managing international marketplaces (USA, UK, Canada, Japan preferred). * Advanced MS Excel skills for data analysis, performance reporting, and sales tracking. * Strong knowledge of keyword research tools (e.g., Helium 10, Jungle Scout) for SEO and PPC optimization. * Familiarity with AI tools for content optimization, keyword analysis, and ad management is a plus. * Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
