Roles and responsibilities of desktop service engineer is to provide on-site or remote technical assistance including the setting up of computer hardware systems, installing and upgrading software, and troubleshooting basic IT issues.
Roles:
- Responding to client support requests.
- Troubleshooting hardware and software issues.
- Traveling to the client's location or connecting via a remote link.
- Troubleshooting networking and connection issues.
- Responding to client support requests.
- Ability to handle L2.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
