Position Summary
We are seeking disciplined and physically fit Ex-Army Security Guards to safeguard our marble mining operations in Rajsamand. The role is responsible for maintaining site security, controlling access, protecting company assets, ensuring safety compliance, and responding effectively to emergencies.
Key Responsibilities
- Guard the mining lease area, office, workshop, and residential premises.
- Control entry and exit of employees, contractors, visitors, and vehicles.
- Verify gate passes, delivery challans, and material movement.
- Conduct regular day and night patrols across the mining area.
- Prevent theft, trespassing, vandalism, and unauthorized mining activities.
- Monitor CCTV systems and report suspicious activities immediately.
- Maintain visitor registers, vehicle logs, and incident reports.
- Assist during emergencies, fire incidents, accidents, and disaster situations.
- Ensure compliance with company security policies and mining safety regulations.
- Protect company machinery, fuel storage, explosives, and valuable assets.
- Support safety drills and emergency evacuation procedures.
- Maintain discipline and professional conduct while on duty.
- Perform any other security-related duties assigned by management.
Eligibility Criteria
- Education: Minimum 10th Pass.
- Experience: Minimum 3–5 years of security experience after retirement preferred.
- Background: Retired personnel from the Indian Army (other defence forces or paramilitary may also be considered).
- Valid discharge certificate.
- Physically fit with good eyesight and hearing.
- No criminal background.
- Basic knowledge of Hindi; knowledge of English is an added advantage.
- Ability to work rotational shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays. Ex-servicemen are commonly preferred for industrial security roles due to their training, discipline, and emergency response capabilities.

Physical Requirements

Working Conditions
