EXPERIENCE IN HOSPITALITY AND 2 WHEELER IS MANDATORY.
Key Responsibilities:
The Night Executive is responsible for ensuring seamless guest experiences and smooth villa operations during late-night hours. This role requires proactive coordination, strong problem-solving skills, and the ability to handle guest interactions with professionalism and efficiency.
Guest Experience & Support:
Manage late-night guest check-ins and check-outs efficiently.
Address guest queries, requests, and complaints promptly to ensure high satisfaction levels.
Handle any emergency situations or escalations during night hours.
Operations & Coordination:
Coordinate closely with Housekeeping, F&B, and Procurement teams to ensure uninterrupted service.
Liaise with the Housekeeping Supervisor for night cleaning schedules, urgent requirements, and follow-ups.
Ensure readiness for next-day operations (breakfast setups, special requests, etc.).
Inventory & F&B Support:
Oversee and manage late-night grocery requirements, missed orders, and special guest requests.
Ensure timely preparation or coordination of early morning breakfast requirements where applicable.
Security & Property Management:
Conduct regular villa patrols or coordinate with security personnel to ensure guest safety and property security.
Monitor any unusual activities and take necessary actions
Administrative & Backend Support:
Complete pending operational tasks handed over by the day team.
Maintain records/logs of night activities, incidents, and guest interactions.
Ensure proper handover to the morning team with detailed updates.
Key Skills & Requirements:
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to handle high-pressure situations independently.
Basic understanding of hospitality operations (F&B, Housekeeping, Procurement).
Problem-solving mindset with attention to detail.
Willingness to work night shifts consistently.
Education: Degree in Hospitality Technical Skills
