About Role:
We are seeking a Senior Manager - IR & PR Content to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for the development and execution of investor relations and public relations strategies, as well as the creation of compelling and insightful content. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of the financial market ecosystem, coupled with strong skills in financial reports analytics and interpretation, investor relations, public relations, and content development.
Role and Responsibilities (What You'll Do):
- Develop and implement strategic investor relations and public relations plans.
- Interpret financial reports to provide insights and actionable recommendations.
- Serve as the primary contact for investors and media, managing all inbound and outbound communications.
- Create and manage a robust content calendar for investor and public relations.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with various departments to ensure alignment of company messaging.
Qualifications (What You'll Bring):
- Minimum of 4 years and up to 12 years of experience in investor relations, public relations, or a similar role.
- Proven experience in financial reports analytics and interpretation.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
- Preferred: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Marketing, or a related field.
- Preferred: Experience in the banking, manufacturing, or retail sector.
