Job Title: Vice President – Sales (IT / AI / SaaS)

Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute B2B sales strategies for AI, SaaS, and IT solutions.
- Build and lead high-performing enterprise sales teams.
- Generate revenue through direct sales, strategic partnerships, and channel partners.
- Drive enterprise customer acquisition and manage the complete sales lifecycle.
- Build relationships with CXOs, founders, and decision-makers.
- Create sales forecasts, pipeline management, and revenue planning.
- Collaborate with Product, Marketing, and Customer Success teams.
- Negotiate large enterprise contracts and close high-value deals.
- Monitor market trends, competitors, and emerging AI opportunities.
- Achieve quarterly and annual revenue targets.
Required Skills:
- Proven experience selling AI, SaaS, Cloud, or Enterprise IT solutions.
- Strong enterprise/B2B sales background.
- Experience managing ₹50 Cr+ annual sales targets (preferred).
- Expertise in CRM platforms (Salesforce, HubSpot, Zoho CRM).
- Excellent negotiation, leadership, and presentation skills.
- Strong network of enterprise customers and strategic partners.
Qualifications:
- MBA (Marketing/Sales) preferred.
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business, or related field.
