About the Role:
WZATCO is looking for a skilled and detail-oriented Service Engineer cum Repair Technician to join our core technical team. In this role, you will be responsible for the end-to-end diagnostics, hardware repair, and software maintenance of our smart projectors, ensuring our customers receive a seamless home entertainment experience.
Key Responsibilities
Diagnostics & Troubleshooting: Identify hardware and software faults including checking power supply, mainboard, fan, LED, LCD etc.
Assembly & Disassembly: Safely disassemble and reassemble projector for repair or maintenence (dust cleaning)
Component-Level Repair: Perform precision soldering and desoldering to replace faulty components, microchips, and ports.
Parts Replacement: Swap out defective mainboards, power supply units (PSUs), cooling fans, and internal hardware efficiently.
Firmware Maintenance: Flash, upgrade, and troubleshoot projector firmware and OS systems to resolve software glitches, boot loops, or compatibility issues.
Testing & Quality Assurance: Conduct rigorous post-repair testing to ensure optimal brightness, color accuracy, and device performance before customer return.
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
