Job Purpose:
To supervise daily bakery operations, manage staff, ensure product quality, hygiene, and smooth sales floor management to achieve daily targets.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Production & Quality
- Oversee daily baking, display, and stock replenishment
- Ensure quality, taste, and presentation of all bakery items
- Check expiry, freshness, and minimize wastage
- Coordinate with kitchen team for production planning [Branch]
2. Staff & Shift Management
- Manage and guide: Sr Sales Staff, Cashier, Sales Staff, Housekeeping, Part-timers
- Create duty rosters and manage attendance
- Train staff on billing, customer service, hygiene and product knowledge
- Conduct daily briefing before opening
3. Sales & Customer Service
- Ensure excellent customer service and quick billing
- Handle customer complaints and feedback
- Monitor billing counter, cash handling and POS system
- Achieve daily sales targets given by Head Manager
4. Inventory & Hygiene
- Check stock, raw materials and packaging daily
- Place indent to Head Office for shortage items
- Maintain cleanliness of bakery, display counters, and storage
- Ensure FSSAI and food safety norms are followed
5. Reporting
- Submit daily sales report, wastage report, and staff attendance
- Report any issues to Head Manager immediately
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Experience: 1-3 years in Bakery/Supermarket retail preferred
- Education: 10th / +2 / Any Degree
- Skills: Team handling, Billing, Inventory, Customer Handling
- Other: Basic computer/POS knowledge, Good communication in Malayalam & English
- Timings: Shift duty required.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
