High-energy News Anchor*who can research, write, and present fast-turnaround news, podcasts, and explanatory content.
You won't just be reading lines off a prompter; you will actively research topics, draft short-format scripts, frame podcast questions, and anchor on-camera sessions to shape the narrative of a disruptive media movement.
Key Responsibilities
* End-to-End Scriptwriting & Research: Draft concise news scripts, explanatory outlines, bulleted talking points, and structured podcast interview questions using internal news feeds and viral trends.
* On-Camera Presentation & Podcast Hosting: Present high-energy pieces-to-camera (PTCs) and host structured podcast conversations, interviews, and roundtables with guest speakers or co-anchors.
* Multi-Format Content Delivery: Anchor structured news analyses, rapid daily bulletins, deep-dive podcasts, and punchy short-form content (Reels/Shorts).
* Vocal Modulation & Pacing: Deliver clear, articulate, and engaging voiceovers/on-camera performances tailored to keep digital audiences hooked.
* Output Velocity: Consistently meet daily shoot and script targets while maintaining high verbal clarity, energy, and accuracy.
* Editorial Collaboration: Work closely with news researchers, video editors, and production teams to ensure smooth script-to-edit transitions.
* What We Are Looking For Camera & Mic Presence: Natural screen presence, confident body language, excellent vocal clarity, and the ability to steer podcast discussions seamlessly.
* Fast-Paced Scripting: Ability to quickly translate raw news, trending threads, or research briefs into crisp, camera-ready Telugu/English scripts.
* News & Podcast Aptitude: Solid grasp of current affairs, digital news formats, viral YouTube hooks, and conversational podcast styles.
* High Speed & Efficiency: Capability to write, record, and finish multiple short segments within a structured daily studio schedule.
* Proactive Ownership: A self-starter who brings fresh story angles, interview questions, and creative hooks to every studio session.

Content Formats: Guest/Co-Anchor Podcasts, Daily News Bulletins, Scripted Explanatory Segments, and Trending News Shorts.
Workflow: Integrated studio setup providing rapid research inputs, pre-formatted script templates, and direct editing pipeline support.
