HR Executive - Technical Recruitment

Job Overview:
We are looking for a skilled Technical Recruiter with 1-4 years of experience in both IT and Non-IT recruitment. You will be responsible for managing the end-to-end recruitment process, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, salary negotiations, and onboarding.
If you have experience working with ATS (Applicant Tracking System) and recruiting for industries like Engineering, IT, KPO, or Manufacturing, that would be a plus.
Key Responsibilities:
- End-to-End Recruitment: Manage the full recruitment lifecycle from job requisition to candidate onboarding
- Sourcing & Screening: Source, screen, and evaluate candidates for both IT and Non-IT roles
- Interview Coordination: Schedule and coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers
- Salary Negotiation: Conduct salary negotiations and manage offer discussions with candidates
- Offer Preparation: Prepare and extend offers to candidates, ensuring alignment with company compensation structure
- Onboarding: Manage the onboarding process for new hires, ensuring a smooth transition into the organization
- Stakeholder Management: Collaborate closely with hiring managers and department heads to understand hiring needs and role requirements
- ATS Management: Utilize ATS tools to manage candidate pipelines and ensure timely updates and follow-ups
Preferred Skills and Experience:
- 2 - 4 years of experience in end-to-end recruitment, with a strong focus on IT/Non-IT recruitment
- Experience in recruiting for industries such as Engineering, IT, KPO, or Manufacturing is a plus
- Experience in salary negotiations and offer preparation
- Familiarity with ATS (Applicant Tracking Systems) is an added advantage
- Strong knowledge of sourcing techniques and recruitment channels
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
- Ability to manage multiple roles simultaneously while meeting deadlines
