We are looking for a friendly, organized, and customer-focused Front Desk Associate to be the first point of contact for visitors and clients. The ideal candidate will manage front office operations, handle inquiries, and ensure a welcoming and professional environment.
Key ResponsibilitiesFront Desk Management
- Greet and welcome visitors in a professional and courteous manner
- Answer, screen, and direct incoming calls
- Manage the reception area to ensure it is clean and presentable
Administrative Support
- Handle incoming and outgoing mail and courier services
- Maintain visitor logs and issue visitor passes
- Schedule appointments and manage meeting room bookings
- Assist with basic administrative tasks and documentation
Customer Service
- Respond to inquiries via phone, email, or in person
- Provide accurate information about the company and services
- Handle customer concerns and escalate issues when necessary
Office Coordination
- Coordinate with internal teams for smooth communication
- Support office operations and assist other departments when needed
- Monitor and replenish office supplies at the front desk
Qualifications & Skills
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED)
- 0–5 years of experience in front office, receptionist, or customer service roles
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Professional appearance and positive attitude
- Basic computer skills (MS Office, email handling)
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
- Customer-oriented mindset with good problem-solving skills
