Role Description
You’ll oversee day-to-day operations, uphold Benne’s high standards of quality and guest experience, and guide your team to deliver service that’s warm, efficient, and consistent. This is a role for someone who’s organized, proactive, and passionate about hospitality — someone who takes ownership of their outlet like it’s their own kitchen.
Responsibilities
- Oversee daily café operations, ensuring smooth service and adherence to brand standards.
- Supervise FOH and BOH teams, ensuring high levels of coordination and communication.
- Maintain inventory and stock control, ensuring timely ordering and minimal wastage.
- Monitor hygiene, cleanliness, and food safety standards in line with FSSAI and company policy.
- Handle guest feedback with empathy, turning every experience into a memorable one.
- Support and participate in new initiatives, events, or brand activations at the outlet.
Requirements
- 3–5 years of experience in café, restaurant, or QSR outlet management
- Strong leadership, communication, and team-building skills
- Excellent organizational and problem-solving abilities
- A calm, people-first approach, and genuine love for hospitality
Compensation
Negotiable, based on experience.
