WordPress Developer & SEO Specialist
Location : On-site (Noida / Mohali)
Job Type : Full-time
Working Hours : Shifted schedule with overlap with US time zones
About the Role
We are looking for a skilled WordPress Developer & SEO Specialist who can independently build, manage, optimize, and grow our portfolio of company-owned websites.
This role requires a strong combination of hands-on WordPress development, technical SEO, and AI-driven workflows.
Key Responsibilities
· Build, maintain, and optimize WordPress websites
· Customize themes, plugins, PHP, CSS, and JavaScript
· Handle website speed, security, backups, migrations, and troubleshooting
· Manage technical and on-page SEO
· Conduct keyword research, content planning, and internal linking
· Monitor performance through Google Search Console and GA4
· Use AI tools and automation to improve development and SEO workflows
· Manage multiple websites independently
Requirements
· 5+ years of WordPress development experience
· Strong knowledge of PHP, CSS, JavaScript, themes, and plugins
· Proven experience with SEO and organic traffic growth
· Hands-on experience with GA4, Google Search Console, Ahrefs/SEMrush, and Screaming Frog
· Knowledge of hosting, DNS, Cloudflare, and website migrations
· Experience using AI tools such as ChatGPT, Claude, or Cursor
· Strong English communication skills
Bonus Skills
Next.js, React, WooCommerce, n8n, Make, Zapier, APIs, MCP, or AI automation.
