ROLE OVERVIEW
We are looking for a highly motivated and detail-oriented Project Engineer Intern to join our Project Management team in Bangalore. This role is ideal for a 2026 graduate looking to build a career in project coordination, documentation, and execution within the semiconductor equipment industry.
The selected candidate will work closely with engineering and cross-functional teams and gain hands-on exposure to project documentation, vendor coordination, PLM/ERP/CRM systems, project tracking, so on
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES but not limited to:

Assist in preparing project documentation during project kickoff and initiation phases.
●
Support end-to-end project execution activities from planning to delivery under guidance.
●
Help manage distribution and communication of projects
●
Assist in setting up, maintaining, and archiving project records in document management systems.
●
Support preparation of meeting minutes, feedback reports
●
Follow up with cross functional team stake holders and ensure no roadblocks in projects
●
Coordinate with vendors for parts manufacturing.
●
Provide general administrative support and preparation of slides for the management executives
●
Learn and apply proper documentation, compliance, and archiving practices for project-related records.
REQUIRED SKILLS & COMPETENCIES

Strong interest in project management and coordination.

Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.

Good documentation and organizational skills.

Basic understanding of project lifecycle and delivery processes.

Exposure to technical or engineering project environments.

Basic awareness of Project Management concepts (PMP / PRINCE2 fundamentals) is a plus.
●
Familiarity with enterprise or ERP systems (e.g., SAP or equivalent) is an advantage.
EDUCATIONAL QUALIFICATION

Bachelor's or Master's degree in Engineering, Business Administration, Operations Management, or related discipline.
