Fashion Consultant
Natty Garb – The Caves Store, Bandra West
A dynamic and customer-focused Fashion Consultant responsible for delivering premium in-store experiences aligned with Natty Garb’s brand identity. The role requires strong communication skills, styling expertise, and the ability to build lasting client relationships while driving sales performance.
Key Responsibilities & Expectations:
- Provide exceptional customer service by understanding client preferences and offering curated styling recommendations.
- Drive store revenue through effective upselling and cross-selling techniques.
- Act as a personal fashion concierge by proactively reaching out to customers via calls and messages to inform them about new arrivals, exclusive pieces, and styling suggestions.
- Build and maintain strong client relationships to ensure repeat business and long-term brand loyalty.
- Handle billing operations accurately and efficiently using the POS system.
- Maintain and update sales records, inventory tracking, and customer data using Google Sheets.
- Execute and maintain Visual Merchandising (VM) standards to ensure the store presentation aligns with Natty Garb’s aesthetic and brand identity.
- Support stock management, inventory checks, and overall store upkeep.
