The SCM Executive is responsible for planning, coordinating, and monitoring the procurement, inventory, logistics, and material flow activities to ensure uninterrupted production and timely delivery to customers.
Key Responsibilities
- Plan and manage the end-to-end supply chain process.
- Coordinate with suppliers for procurement and timely delivery of raw materials.
- Monitor inventory levels and ensure optimum stock availability.
- Prepare purchase requisitions and follow up on purchase orders.
- Coordinate with production, stores, and logistics teams to meet manufacturing schedules.
- Track incoming and outgoing materials and maintain accurate records.
- Ensure timely dispatch of finished goods to customers.
- Analyze supply chain data and prepare MIS reports.
- Identify opportunities to reduce costs and improve operational efficiency.
- Maintain compliance with company policies, SOPs, and quality standards.
Required Skills
- Knowledge of supply chain and inventory management principles.
- Understanding of procurement and vendor management processes.
- Proficiency in MS Excel, ERP, SAP, or other inventory management systems.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Good communication and negotiation abilities.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Mechanical Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 1–2 years of experience in a manufacturing industry.
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
