We are expanding its footprint across South India and is looking for a results-driven professional to strengthen its presence in the Pharmaceutical API and intermediates market.
Role Overview
This is a replacement role with immediate hiring. The selected candidate will drive sales, marketing, and business development initiatives(B2B) across South India, focusing on building strong relationships with API manufacturers and formulation companies while contributing to regional growth.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute sales and marketing strategies for APIs, intermediates, and medical devices
- Drive business development and territory expansion across South India
- Build and maintain relationships with procurement teams, purchase managers, and key decision-makers at pharmaceutical companies.
- Identify new market opportunities and generate leads
- Manage the end-to-end sales cycle (lead generation to closure)
- Coordinate with suppliers and internal teams for seamless execution
- Work closely with Mumbai Head Office for strategy alignment and reporting
- Track market trends, pricing, and competitor activity
- Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and retention

- Market expansion across South India
- Effectiveness in marketing initiatives
- Supplier coordination and execution efficiency
Candidate Profile
- Experience: 5 years in pharma sales / marketing / business development
- Industry Preference: Pharmaceutical API / Intermediates / Medical Devices
- Strong understanding of API manufacturers and formulation companies
- Existing network in Hyderabad, Vizag, Bangalore, Chennai region is a strong advantage
- Ability to independently manage territory and deliver results
Qualifications
- B.Pharm / M.Pharm / B.Sc (Pharma)
- OR
- Relevant experience in pharmaceutical sales/marketing

Compensation: As per Industry Standards.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ₹60,000.00 - ₹85,000.00 per month
