Hiring: Manager – Teacher Training & Capability Development | BrightChamps
Location: Bangalore (Work from Office)
BrightCHAMPS is looking for a passionate and execution-driven Manager – Teacher Training & Capability Development to build, own, and scale our teacher training function.
Key Responsibilities:
Training Program Design & Ownership
Design and manage structured training programs for Coding, Math, Robotics, and Communication teachers.
Build onboarding, certification, readiness, refresher, and retraining journeys.
Define training SOPs, certification criteria, readiness checkpoints, and trainer guidelines.
Teacher Onboarding & Classroom Readiness
Conduct onboarding programs covering pedagogy, product knowledge, classroom delivery, communication, and parent handling.
Design mock sessions, practical assessments, and readiness checks before teachers go live.
Partner with Hiring and Operations teams to improve certification and go-live readiness rates.
Demo & Paid Class Training
Develop demo training modules focused on engagement, concept delivery, parent confidence, and conversion.
Build paid class training programs focused on learning outcomes.
Continuously improve training content based on quality audits, feedback, and performance data.
Performance-Based Interventions
Identify teacher capability gaps through audits and performance metrics.
Design targeted coaching and retraining interventions.
Measure post-training impact and improvement.
Training Content & AI Adoption
Create training decks, role plays, rubrics, assessment frameworks
Maintain a centralized training repository.
Leverage AI tools to improve training efficiency and teacher development.
Trainer Development & Stakeholder Management
Coach and develop trainers while ensuring calibration and consistency.
Collaborate with Academic Operations, Quality, Teacher Hiring.
What We're Looking For:
✅ 4–7 years of experience in Teacher Training, Learning & Development, Academic Operations, or Capability Building.
✅ Strong understanding of pedagogy, online teaching, teacher coaching, and student engagement.
✅ Experience in EdTech, K-12 education, or live online learning is preferred.
✅ Strong facilitation, communication, stakeholder management, and analytical skills.
✅ Comfortable working with Google Sheets, dashboards, training trackers, and reports.
✅ Bachelor's degree mandatory; B.Ed., M.Ed., Training Certifications, or Instructional Design certifications are an added advantage.

Pay: ₹600,000.00 - ₹800,000.00 per year
