Job Summary
We are looking for an experienced Power Platform Architect to join our client's project in Bangalore or Coimbatore. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in designing, implementing, and governing enterprise-scale Microsoft Power Platform solutions. This role offers the opportunity to lead platform strategy, drive innovation, and deliver scalable business solutions in a collaborative environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the Power Platform Center of Excellence (CoE), including Power Platform Agent Kit design, enablement, and enterprise-wide adoption.
- Architect end-to-end Microsoft Power Platform solutions integrated with Microsoft Fabric.
- Drive platform governance, security, Data Loss Prevention (DLP), compliance, and best practices.
- Define and implement Lifecycle Management (LCM), DevOps, ALM automation, and environment strategies.
- Manage platform capacity planning, cost optimization, and operational excellence.
- Design enterprise reporting aligned with business KPIs and organizational objectives.
- Conduct technical audits, compliance reviews, and continuous improvement initiatives.
- Collaborate with business stakeholders and technical teams to deliver enterprise-grade solutions.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- 10+ years of overall IT experience.
- Proven experience as a Power Platform Architect.
- Strong expertise in:
- Microsoft Power Platform
- Power Apps
- Power Platform Center of Excellence (CoE)
- Power Platform Agent Kit
- Microsoft Fabric integration
- Experience in governance, security, DLP policies, and compliance.
- Strong knowledge of DevOps, ALM automation, and Lifecycle Management (LCM).
- Experience with platform capacity planning and cost optimization.
- Excellent solution architecture, stakeholder management, and leadership skills.
- Strong communication, analytical, and problem-solving abilities.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience designing enterprise reporting solutions and KPI dashboards.
- Exposure to enterprise-scale cloud and digital transformation initiatives.
- Experience mentoring technical teams and driving enterprise-wide platform adoption.
