Job Summary
The Program Manager will be responsible for the overall planning, coordination, implementation, monitoring, and reporting of the healthcare program. The role requires strong leadership, operational oversight, stakeholder coordination, and the ability to ensure that all project activities are delivered effectively, within timelines, and in alignment with project objectives. The Program Manager will act as the central point of coordination between the field team, medical team, organizational leadership, and external stakeholders.
Key Accountabilities
· Plan, organize, and oversee the day-to-day implementation of the healthcare project across all assigned locations.
· Lead and supervise the field team, including Medical Officers, Nurses, Social Workers, Drivers, and support staff.
· Ensure timely execution of all scheduled camps, field visits, outreach activities, and service delivery plans.
· Coordinate with project partners, local authorities, community leaders, and other stakeholders for smooth implementation.
· Monitor progress of activities against the approved project plan, work schedule, and performance indicators.
· Ensure proper documentation, reporting, and submission of project updates, progress notes, utilization records, and impact data.
· Review field-level issues and take corrective actions to ensure uninterrupted operations.
· Ensure optimal utilization of resources, including manpower, logistics, materials, and project funds.
· Support team training, orientation, capacity building, and on-ground supervision.
· Ensure compliance with organizational policies, project guidelines, and operational standards.
· Prepare periodic reports for management review and decision-making.
· Support audit readiness, records maintenance, and closure documentation wherever required.
