About the Role
We are looking for a highly experienced and creative Professional Videographer to join our in-house content team in New Delhi.
The candidate will be responsible primarily for shooting content. We are hiring a separate Video Editor, so this position is specifically for someone who is exceptionally strong behind the camera and understands how successful YouTube and Instagram creator content needs to be shot.
Previous Creator Experience is Mandatory
We are specifically looking for someone who has previously worked with established YouTubers, vloggers, influencers or Instagram creators with a significant follower/subscriber base.
You should understand the difference between simply recording a video and shooting content specifically designed for YouTube and Instagram.
Experience working with well-known creators or high-follower social-media accounts will be strongly preferred.
Key Responsibilities
- Professionally shoot YouTube Vlogs, Instagram Reels and YouTube Shorts.
- Regularly accompany the creator for vlog and content shoots.
- Shoot fashion designing, behind-the-scenes, lifestyle, day-in-the-life, events, collaborations, meetings, travel and other creator content.
- Understand YouTube-style vlog shooting and capture the story as it naturally develops.
- Capture multiple creative angles, close-ups, wide shots, reaction shots, details and B-roll without needing constant instructions.
- Understand what footage an editor requires to create engaging Reels and Shorts.
- Shoot both vertical and horizontal content according to platform requirements.
- Capture spontaneous moments that can potentially become strong social-media content.
- Understand lighting, framing, composition, camera movement and professional audio recording.
- Work closely with the Script Writer / Content Strategist and Video Editor.
- Plan shots according to scripts and content concepts.
- Maintain consistent premium visual quality across all content.
- Be available for outdoor and on-location shoots across Delhi/NCR when required.
Own Professional Camera & Equipment — Mandatory
The candidate must have their OWN professional camera and shooting equipment.
We are looking for someone who already has a professional creator/vlogging setup.
The candidate should ideally own:
- Professional Sony / Canon / Nikon / Panasonic or equivalent mirrorless camera
- Professional-quality lenses
- Wide-angle lens suitable for vlogging
- Portrait / prime lens
- Professional Gimbal / Stabiliser
- Professional wireless microphone system
- Shotgun microphone
- Tripod / monopod
- Portable LED/video lighting
- Camera batteries & chargers
- Memory cards
- Camera accessories
- Complete basic professional shooting kit

Required Experience
You should have:
- Minimum 3+ years of professional videography experience preferred.
- Proven experience shooting for YouTubers, vloggers, Instagram creators or influencers.
- Experience working with at least one established creator with a significant audience is strongly preferred.
- Strong portfolio of professionally shot YouTube and Instagram content.
- Excellent understanding of creator-style/vlog shooting.
- Strong knowledge of camera settings, frame rates, shutter speed, ISO, white balance, focus and exposure.
- Excellent understanding of professional lighting and audio.
- Ability to shoot cinematic footage while still keeping content natural and authentic.
- Ability to work in fast-moving environments.
- Good understanding of current YouTube, Instagram Reels and Shorts content styles.
Fashion, lifestyle, beauty or personal-brand creator experience will be a major advantage.

Important
This is NOT a position for a beginner or someone who only knows basic camera operation.
We need someone who understands creator content well enough to know:
When a moment needs a close-up.
When to capture a reaction.
When B-roll is required.
Which angles will work for a Reel.
How to follow a creator naturally during a vlog.
How to capture spontaneous moments without making the content feel staged.
The right person should be able to look at a situation and immediately understand how it needs to be shot to create engaging YouTube and Instagram content.
