Responsible for managing the maintenance, reliability, and performance of SMT/PCBA manufacturing equipment, ensuring maximum uptime, production efficiency, and equipment availability in an EMS environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage the SMT maintenance team, including engineers and technicians.
- Oversee preventive, predictive, and corrective maintenance of:
- Pick & Place – Juki KE-1080 and similar
- Solder Paste Printers – GKG
- Reflow Ovens – JT1000
- SPI & AOI – SINIC TECH
- Selective/Wave Soldering and PCBA Cleaning Equipment
- Monitor and improve OEE, MTBF, MTTR, machine uptime, and breakdown performance.
- Lead troubleshooting, RCA, CAPA, and recurring breakdown reduction.
- Plan preventive maintenance schedules and ensure timely execution.
- Manage critical spare parts, maintenance inventory, AMC/CMC, and maintenance budgets.
- Coordinate with OEMs/vendors for installation, commissioning, upgrades, and technical support.
- Drive equipment improvement, Lean/Kaizen, and cost-reduction initiatives.
- Ensure compliance with ESD, safety, ISO, IPC, and quality requirements.
- Train and develop the maintenance team and coordinate with Production, Quality, Process Engineering, Purchase, and Stores.
Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹99,000.00 per month
