We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven Sales Head to lead our sales team and drive business growth. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing sales strategies, achieving revenue targets, managing team performance, and building strong customer relationships. This role requires excellent leadership, strategic planning, and business development skills to expand market presence and maximize sales opportunities.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve business objectives.
- Lead, mentor, and motivate the sales team to meet and exceed targets.
- Monitor sales performance and implement improvement plans.
- Identify new business opportunities and partnerships.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and key stakeholders.
- Prepare sales forecasts, reports, and market analysis.
- Coordinate with the marketing and operations teams to ensure seamless execution.
- Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and retention.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field (MBA preferred).
- 1–3+ years of experience in sales.
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets.
- Strong leadership, negotiation, and communication skills.
- Proficiency in CRM tools and Microsoft Office.
- Ability to analyze sales data and make strategic decisions.
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
