Key Responsibilities:
Create and maintain technical documentation (SOPs, user manuals, installation guides, knowledge base articles)Work closely with Cloud, DevOps, and Infrastructure teamsTranslate complex technical information into clear, user-friendly contentEnsure documentation quality, accuracy, and consistency
Required Skills:
2 - 5 years of experience as a Technical Writer in ITStrong understanding of IT Infrastructure, Cloud, or DevOpsExcellent written and verbal communication skillsExperience with documentation tools and version control systemsStrong attention to detail
