Job Summary:
We are looking for a smart, presentable, and customer-focused Guest Relationship Executive (GRE) to enhance the overall guest experience at our restaurant/restro bar. The candidate will be responsible for welcoming guests, handling reservations, managing customer feedback, and ensuring excellent hospitality standards.
Key Responsibilities:
- Welcome and greet guests in a professional and friendly manner.
- Manage table reservations and coordinate seating arrangements.
- Ensure smooth guest handling during peak hours.
- Build positive relationships with guests and ensure repeat visits.
- Handle guest queries, complaints, and feedback politely and efficiently.
- Coordinate with service and kitchen teams for seamless guest experience.
- Assist in birthday celebrations, special occasions, and VIP guest handling.
- Maintain guest database and collect customer feedback/reviews.
- Promote ongoing offers, events, and memberships to guests.
- Ensure lobby/reception area is clean and presentable at all times.
- Support social media/influencer guest visits whenever required.
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
