ABOUT THE ROLE
We are looking for a skilled and detail-oriented Website Designer with 3 to 5 years of hands-on experience to join our team. You will be responsible for building responsive, high-quality websites from design to deployment - working across HTML, CSS, CMS platforms, and design tools while actively using AI to improve speed and output quality.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Build responsive, cross-browser websites from Figma designs using semantic HTML and CSS
- Use CSS frameworks (Tailwind CSS or Bootstrap) to build consistent, scalable layouts
- Develop and maintain WordPress websites - custom themes, Elementor, ACF, and plugin management
- Integrate and manage content across CMS platforms accurately and efficiently
- Prepare and edit design assets using Figma, Photoshop, and Illustrator for web use
- Perform basic video editing and export web-ready video files when required
- Use AI tools daily to accelerate workflow, reduce turnaround time, and improve output quality
- Review your own work for quality, consistency, and cross-device accuracy before submission
- Maintain and update existing client websites - fixes, content updates, and improvements
REQUIRED SKILLS
Technical
- HTML5 and CSS3 - semantic, responsive, mobile-first
- CSS frameworks - Tailwind CSS or Bootstrap
- WordPress - themes, page builders (Elementor / WPBakery), plugins, ACF
- CMS platforms - content integration and management
- Cross-browser debugging and performance basics
- Git - branching, commits, and pull requests
Design Tools
- Figma - design handoff, asset export, and Dev Mode
- Adobe Photoshop - image editing and web asset preparation
- Adobe Illustrator - vector graphics and icons
- Video editing tools - CapCut, Premiere Pro, or similar (basic level)
AI & Productivity (Non-Negotiable)
Every team member is expected to actively use AI tools in their daily work. We are looking for someone already doing this - not planning to start.
- ChatGPT / Claude - content, copy, alt text, and brief writing
- AI image tools - Midjourney, Firefly, or Canva AI for visual concepts
- Code assistance - Copilot, Cursor, or similar for faster HTML/CSS and debugging
- Workflow use - using AI to reduce repetitive tasks, check quality, and speed up delivery

- 3 to 5 years of proven experience building websites from design files
- Strong portfolio of live websites or Figma-to-web projects
- Genuine command of WordPress - not just plugin installation
- Active, demonstrable use of AI tools in your workflow
- High personal quality standard - you catch your own mistakes before anyone else does
- Clear communication - you flag problems early and keep the team informed
Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
