We are seeking a responsible, professional, and customer-focused Taxi Driver to provide safe and timely transportation services. The ideal candidate must have experience driving commercial vehicles, be proficient in both automatic and manual transmission vehicles, and possess prior experience handling luxury cabs. The driver should be willing to work rotational shifts, including day, night, weekends, and holidays, based on business requirements.
Key Responsibilities
- Safely transport employees/clients to designated locations as per assigned routes.
- Operate both automatic and manual transmission vehicles confidently.
- Drive luxury vehicles with professionalism while maintaining high service standards.
- Follow all traffic laws, company policies, and road safety regulations.
- Ensure timely pick-up and drop-off of passengers.
- Maintain cleanliness and proper upkeep of the assigned vehicle.
- Conduct daily vehicle inspections before and after each shift.
- Report any vehicle faults, accidents, or maintenance issues immediately.
- Maintain trip logs, fuel records, and other required documentation.
- Communicate professionally with passengers and the transport team.
- Follow GPS navigation and company dispatch instructions.
- Ensure passenger safety and confidentiality at all times.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum qualification: 10th Pass (Preferred).
- Valid Driving License.
- Clean driving record with no major traffic violations.
- Minimum 3–5 years of commercial driving experience.
- Experience driving both Automatic and Manual transmission vehicles.
- Prior experience driving Luxury Cabs/Premium Vehicles.
- Good knowledge of city routes and navigation.
- Basic understanding of vehicle maintenance and troubleshooting.
Preferred Experience
- Experience in Corporate Transport Services.
- Experience with employee transportation.
- Familiarity with GPS and route optimization applications.
- Experience driving luxury vehicles such as Mercedes-Benz, BMW, Audi, Toyota Camry, Toyota Innova Hycross, Kia Carnival, or similar premium vehicles.
