Role in the JJEPL:-
As a Sales Graduate Engineer Trainee - handling the inquiry RFQs, conducting Techno-Commercial discussions, achieving the set order booking targets with additional profit margin & collection of payment.
Roles & Responsibilities :-
- Achieving set order booking targets by proper planning and execution of it - Through techno-commercial negotiations, thereby converting requirements into successful orders.
- Monitoring and ensuring receivables are collected on time.
- Enquiry generation through customer relationships built by using different channels of communication like Telephonic, Emails & Site Visits etc.
- New customer addition - By explaining the product superiority, thereby providing reliable solution & conversion of competitors products.
- Understanding customer requirements by working closely with the design team to propose the best possible solution to customers.
- Ensuring Project RFQ requirements are reviewed properly by seeking clarifications, approvals & ensuring its work completeness from the design team before submitting an offer to the customer.
- On time Techno-Commercial offer submission.
- Providing Pre-Sales & Technical support to all customers.
- Furnishing annual, and quarterly forecasts to the reporting head & meet and exceed it.
- Ensure regular update of Customer Relationship Business Master Data in SAP ERP System.
Accountability :-
- Inquiry Review and its fulfillment of technical parameters from customer with cooperation of design team
- On time submission of offers & technical qualification of bid at customer site
- Commercial Negotiation and favorable terms settlement
