Salary: ₹15,000 – ₹20,000 per month

Job Summary
We are hiring an experienced and professional Team Leader who can effectively manage a team, ensure productivity, and help achieve organizational goals. The ideal candidate should have strong leadership qualities, excellent communication skills, and the ability to guide and motivate team members.

Key Responsibilities
- Lead, supervise, and manage the daily activities of the assigned team.
- Allocate work efficiently and monitor daily performance.
- Motivate team members to achieve assigned targets and deadlines.
- Conduct regular team meetings and provide performance feedback.
- Train, mentor, and support new and existing employees.
- Ensure discipline, attendance, and adherence to company policies.
- Coordinate with management regarding daily operations and reporting.
- Resolve team issues and maintain a positive working environment.
- Monitor productivity and implement strategies for continuous improvement.
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly performance reports.
- Ensure timely completion of assigned tasks.
- Maintain proper communication between management and team members.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Minimum 1–3 years of experience in a Team Leader or Supervisory role.
- Strong leadership, communication, and people management skills.
- Good analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple responsibilities.
- Proficiency in MS Excel, MS Word, email communication, and basic computer operations is mandatory.
- Professional attitude with excellent organizational skills.
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
