Job Summary
Aimies Food and Oil Exports Pvt. Ltd. is looking for a dedicated and detail-oriented AGMARK Chemist to ensure the quality, safety, and compliance of edible oils and food products with AGMARK standards. The ideal candidate should have knowledge of laboratory testing, quality assurance, and food safety regulations.
Key Responsibilities
- Perform physical and chemical analysis of edible oils and food products as per AGMARK standards.
- Conduct quality control tests and maintain laboratory records accurately.
- Ensure compliance with AGMARK, FSSAI, and other applicable food quality regulations.
- Prepare test reports, Certificates of Analysis (COA), and maintain documentation.
- Monitor raw materials, in-process samples, and finished products for quality.
- Calibrate and maintain laboratory instruments and testing equipment.
- Assist in audits, inspections, and quality certification processes.
- Follow laboratory safety procedures and Good Laboratory Practices (GLP).
- Coordinate with production and quality teams to maintain product quality standards.
Eligibility
- B.Sc. / M.Sc. in Chemistry, Food Technology, or a related field.
- Knowledge of AGMARK standards and laboratory testing procedures.
- Freshers with relevant qualifications or candidates with 1–2 years of experience are welcome to apply.
- Good analytical, documentation, and communication skills.
- Basic knowledge of MS Office.
