We are looking for an experienced Project Manager with 5-8 years experience to lead CBG projects end-to-end, with strong expertise in Vendor Coordination & Quality Assurance.
Key Responsibilities
1. Project Management
- Lead complete project lifecycle - planning, budgeting, execution, monitoring & handover
- Prepare detailed project plans, schedules, and cost estimates
- Track milestones, manage risks, and ensure timely completion within budget
2. Vendor Coordination
- Identify, evaluate, negotiate and onboard vendors / EPC contractors
- Manage procurement, supply chain, and vendor performance
- Coordinate for timely delivery, installation and commissioning at sites
- Ensure SLA compliance and resolve vendor-related issues
3. Quality Assurance
- Develop and implement QA/QC protocols for materials and execution
- Conduct quality audits at site and vendor premises
- Ensure compliance with safety, statutory and industry standards
- Prepare quality documentation and drive continuous improvement
Requirements
- B.Tech / B.E in Civil / Mechanical / Chemical (MBA Operations is a plus)
- 5-8 Years experience in Project Management in CBG / Biogas / EPC / Energy / Infrastructure
- Hands-on experience in Vendor Coordination and Quality Assurance
- Proficient in MS Project / Primavera / MS Excel & reporting
- Strong leadership, communication & problem-solving skills
- Willing to travel to project sites as required
Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹70,000.00 per month
