Job Description:
We are looking for an experienced and strategic Head of Sales to lead and manage the real estate sales operations. The candidate will be responsible for driving revenue growth, managing the sales team, and developing effective sales strategies to achieve business targets.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage the entire real estate sales team
- Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve revenue targets
- Drive lead conversion and oversee the complete sales cycle
- Monitor team performance and provide guidance to improve productivity
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and channel partners
- Coordinate with marketing and pre-sales teams for lead generation and campaign planning
- Handle high-value client negotiations and deal closures
- Analyze sales performance and prepare reports for management
- Identify new business opportunities and market expansion strategies
Key Skills Required:

Experience:
- 7–12+ years of experience in Real Estate Sales
- Minimum 3–5 years of experience in a leadership role
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ₹50,000.00 - ₹200,000.00 per month
