We are looking for a high-energy Assistant Manager (Digital Marketing) to join our growing marketing team. As an Assistant Manager, you will not just execute tasks. What You Will Do AEO, GEO & SEO Execution: Research and implement on-page and off-page optimization strategies based on real user queries, buyer questions, and decision-stage intent. Structure content to appear in AI-generated answers, featured explanations, and conversational results across platforms like Google SGE, Gemini, Grok, ChatGPT, and Perplexity etc. Query, Entity & Intent Mapping: Continuously analyze how founders, CXOs, and product leaders phrase their questions when exploring AI solutions. Map entities, topics, and relationships to ensure company content aligns with how AI systems interpret authority and relevance. Technical SEO Collaboration: Work with developers to ensure structured data, schema, crawlability, and page experience best practices support query-based discovery and AI readability across all digital assets. Content Optimization & AI Readiness: Collaborate with content and editorial teams to optimize blogs, service pages, and thought leadership assets around real-world questions, use cases, and buyer problems. Improve clarity, depth, internal connections, and trust signals so content is easily cited and summarized by AI systems. Social Media Management: Assist in managing the company’s LinkedIn presence by creating insight-driven posts that respond to industry questions, emerging AI discussions, and real buyer concerns. Email Marketing & Outreach: Support newsletters and outbound campaigns focused on addressing specific buyer questions, objections, and decision triggers rather than broad promotional messaging. Reporting & Insight Analysis: Track performance through visibility, engagement, AI answer appearances, query coverage, and conversions. Translate data into insights about what questions and narratives drive meaningful business outcomes.
