- Manage inward, storage, issue, return and dispatch of packaging materials.
- Maintain accurate physical and ERP/WMS inventory with proper item-wise and location-wise records.
- Ensure FIFO, batch/lot traceability and proper material identification.
- Issue packaging materials to Production against approved requisitions and reconcile returns.
- Conduct daily/periodic stock verification and investigate inventory variances.
- Monitor minimum/maximum stock levels, shortages, excess and slow-moving materials.
- Coordinate with Purchase, Production, Quality, Planning and SCM for material availability.
- Ensure proper segregation of approved, rejected, damaged and obsolete materials.
- Maintain proper stacking, labelling, housekeeping, 5S and hygiene/food-safety standards.
- Prevent material damage, contamination, mix-ups and wastage.
- Maintain GRN, issue, return and stock reconciliation records.
- Prepare daily/weekly inventory MIS and report discrepancies to the reporting manager.
- Support BRC, food-safety and internal audits with required records and traceability.
- Coordinate with Security for material movement and gate-pass controls.
Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
