Job Summary
We are looking for an experienced and result-oriented AGM/DGM – Project Execution to lead the execution of large-scale building construction projects. The ideal candidate should have strong expertise in project planning, execution, quality control, safety, cost management, and team leadership. The role requires ensuring timely completion of projects while maintaining the highest standards of quality, safety, and client satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage end-to-end execution of building construction projects.
- Prepare and monitor project schedules to ensure timely completion.
- Coordinate with clients, consultants, architects, contractors, and internal departments for smooth project execution.
- Ensure compliance with approved drawings, specifications, quality standards, and safety regulations.
- Monitor project progress, identify risks, and implement corrective measures.
- Control project costs, resource utilization, and productivity.
- Review work executed by site teams and ensure adherence to project milestones.
- Conduct regular site inspections and project review meetings.
- Resolve technical and operational issues at project sites.
- Prepare and present project progress reports to senior management.
- Ensure statutory, contractual, and company compliance throughout the project lifecycle.
- Mentor and guide Project Managers, Site Engineers, QA/QC, Planning, and other project personnel.
Required Qualifications
- Civil Engineering (B.E./B. Tech/ Diploma).
Experience
- 15+ years of experience in execution of high-rise, commercial, institutional, industrial building projects.
- Minimum 5 years in a senior leadership role handling multiple project teams.
Required Skills
- Strong knowledge of RCC, structural works, finishing works, and MEP coordination.
- Excellent project planning and execution capabilities.
- Sound understanding of construction contracts and project documentation.
- Strong leadership, decision-making, and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
- Ability to manage multiple projects under strict timelines.
