Role Overview:
We are in search of a passionate and innovative Head Chef (Commis 1) to lead our café kitchen. This pivotal role involves overseeing the culinary operations of our café, from crafting and executing our menu to maintaining the highest standards of food quality and kitchen efficiency. The ideal candidate will bring a mix of creative culinary skills, leadership prowess, and a genuine love for food and coffee culture.
REQUIREMENTS
1. The candidate must have experience of 2-3 years in the Continental Section.
2. Should be able to produce omelets, continental sauces, salads, sandwiches, & continental desserts.
3. Should be willing to learn new recipies and basic bakery fundamentals, as well.
4. Knowledge of beverage and smoothies is an added advantage.
