Role Overview
Milestone Corp. Pvt. Ltd. is looking for motivated and responsible HR Recruiters to join our growing team. The selected candidate will be responsible for sourcing candidates, screening profiles, coordinating interviews, and supporting the overall recruitment process.
Key Responsibilities
- Source candidates through job portals, social media, and other recruitment channels.
- Screen candidates according to job requirements.
- Contact candidates and explain job roles and requirements.
- Schedule and coordinate interviews.
- Follow up with candidates throughout the hiring process.
- Maintain candidate records and recruitment updates.
- Work towards achieving hiring targets within the required timelines.
Requirements
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Basic understanding of recruitment and hiring.
- Strong follow-up and coordination skills.
- Ability to work independently in a remote environment.
- Freshers can apply.
- Prior HR/recruitment experience will be an advantage.
