Job description:-
To plan, execute, and oversee all civil engineering activities for industrial projects (factories, warehouses, processing plants) from inception to completion, ensuring compliance with safety, budget, and quality standards.
Key Responsibilities:-
- Project Management: Plan, schedule, and execute industrial construction activities according to project timelines.
- Site Supervision: Oversee RCC structures, heavy machine foundations, flooring, and PEB (Pre-Engineered Buildings) erection.
- Drawing & Execution: Review architectural, structural, and MEP drawings to ensure precise execution on-site.
- Contractor Management: Coordinate with sub-contractors, laborers, and vendors to optimize resource utilization.
- Quality & Safety Assurance: Enforce strict quality control standards and ensure absolute adherence to site safety protocols.
- Billing & Estimation: Verify contractor bills, maintain measurement sheets, and track material consumption.
- Reporting: Prepare and submit Daily Progress Reports (DPR) and Weekly Progress Reports (WPR) to upper management.
Requirements & Qualifications:-
- Education: B.E. / B.Tech / Diploma in Civil Engineering.
- Experience: 5 to 10 years of proven experience specifically in industrial construction projects.
- Technical Skills: Deep knowledge of PEB structures, heavy equipment foundations, and industrial flooring.
- Software: Proficiency in AutoCAD; experience with MS Project or Primavera is highly preferred.
- Soft Skills: Strong leadership, site management, and problem-solving abilities.
- Language: Good communication skills in English, Hindi, and Marathi.

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
