Site Execution – Duplex Villa Project(Shree City)
We are looking for a dedicated Civil Engineer to handle on-site execution and supervision for our duplex villa project.
Location: Christian Pally, Arrah,
Bidhan Nagar, Durgapur-713212
Experience: 2–6 years (Site work essential)
Key Responsibilities:
- Daily site supervision & work execution
- Contractor & labor management
- Ensure quality control & material usage
- Read and implement drawings (structural & architectural)
- Monitor progress as per timeline
- Handle site measurements & billing verification
- Ensure safety standards at site
Requirements:
- Diploma / in Civil Engineering
- Strong practical knowledge of construction work
- Ability to manage labor and contractors
- Basic knowledge of AutoCAD (preferred)
- Problem-solving attitude & accountability
➕ Preferred:
- Experience in residential / villa projects
- Ability to handle full site independently
