We are looking for an experienced Senior Business Development Manager with a strong track record in Ocean Freight Forwarding, Import & Export, Customs Clearance, and Business Development.
What we’re looking for:
- 7–15 years of relevant industry experience
- Strong Ocean Freight – Import & Export experience
- Proven record of new client acquisition & revenue generation
- Experience in Customs Clearance / Customs Broking / CHA
- Exposure to Chartering is an advantage
- Regional / National / Cross-Country Business Development experience
- Strong network across the EXIM, shipping, freight forwarding & logistics ecosystem
- Excellent commercial negotiation and relationship-management skills
The key requirement:
This is not an operations-only role. We are looking for someone who can build business, acquire customers and drive revenue.
