About the Role
AP Mobility India Private Limited is looking for an experienced and result-driven Senior Digital Marketing Executive to lead digital marketing operations for multiple client brands. This role is best suited for someone with an agency background who understands how to manage brands strategically, lead a team, communicate with clients, and generate measurable business growth through social media and performance marketing.
You will be responsible for planning, reviewing, and executing digital marketing strategies while coordinating with designers, video editors, and interns to ensure timely and high-quality delivery.
Key Responsibilities
Social Media Strategy & Brand Management
- Develop monthly content strategies and content calendars for multiple brands.
- Plan social media campaigns aligned with each brand's objectives.
- Guide the creative team on content direction, messaging, and campaign ideas.
- Review posts, captions, reels, and creatives before publishing to ensure quality and brand consistency.
- Maintain brand identity, content themes, and overall social media aesthetics.
- Stay updated with platform trends, algorithm changes, and emerging content formats.
Content Planning & Creative Direction
- Script Reels, advertisements, founder-led videos, product showcases, educational content, and promotional campaigns.
- Plan content shoots, influencer collaborations, UGC campaigns, and seasonal campaigns.
- Provide clear creative briefs to designers, video editors, and content creators.
- Ensure all content aligns with business objectives and marketing strategy.
Performance Marketing (Meta Ads)
- Plan, launch, manage, and optimize Meta (Facebook & Instagram) advertising campaigns.
- Create lead generation, website conversion, catalog sales, and eCommerce campaigns.
- Build and manage Custom Audiences, Lookalike Audiences, Pixel events, Conversion API, and retargeting campaigns.
- Optimize campaigns based on ROAS, CPA, CTR, conversion rates, and overall business performance.
- Scale successful campaigns while maintaining profitability.
- Prepare regular campaign performance reports and present actionable insights.
E-Commerce Marketing
- Execute and optimize Meta Ads for eCommerce brands operating on Shopify as well as custom-built websites.
- Plan strategies to increase online sales, improve customer acquisition, and maximize return on ad spend.
- Understand customer journeys and implement remarketing, upselling, and conversion-focused campaigns.
Client Communication & Account Management
- Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned client accounts.
- Conduct strategy meetings with brand owners to understand goals and present marketing plans.
- Share campaign performance reports and recommend improvements.
- Build strong client relationships through proactive communication and timely execution.
Team Leadership
- Lead and mentor a team of 2–3 interns or junior executives.
- Allocate tasks, review deliverables, and maintain quality standards.
- Train team members on social media strategy, campaign execution, and client servicing.
- Ensure smooth coordination between marketing, design, and content teams.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- 3+ years of experience in Digital Marketing, Social Media Management, or Performance Marketing.
- Prior experience working in a digital marketing agency or managing multiple brands simultaneously.
- Strong understanding of branding, content strategy, and social media planning.
- Expert-level knowledge of Meta Ads Manager and Facebook Business Manager.
- Proven experience running profitable Meta Ads campaigns for eCommerce brands (Shopify and custom websites).
- Strong understanding of audience targeting, remarketing, sales funnels, and conversion optimization.
- Experience writing content scripts and creative briefs for video content and advertisements.
- Excellent client communication, presentation, and relationship management skills.
- Experience leading and mentoring a small marketing team.
- Strong analytical and reporting skills with the ability to make data-driven decisions.
- Highly organized with excellent project and time management abilities.
Preferred Skills
- Experience with Google Ads and Google Analytics.
- Basic understanding of SEO and website conversion optimization.
- Familiarity with CRM systems and marketing automation tools.
- Understanding of influencer marketing and user-generated content (UGC) campaigns.
