Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced Administrative Officer to oversee the day-to-day administrative operations of our CBSE school. The candidate will ensure smooth school operations, manage support staff, coordinate facilities and vendors, maintain statutory and CBSE compliance, and support the Principal in ensuring an efficient school environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage school administration and daily operations.
- Supervise housekeeping, security, transport, maintenance, and support staff.
- Coordinate infrastructure maintenance, procurement, and vendor management.
- Ensure compliance with CBSE and statutory regulations.
- Maintain administrative records and digital documentation.
- Support admissions, school events, examinations, and official functions.
- Assist in budgeting, reporting, and office administration.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree (Mandatory)
- MBA/Master's in Administration/Management preferred.
Experience
- 5–8 years of administrative experience.
- Minimum 2–3 years in school administration, preferably in a CBSE school.
Required Skills
- Strong administrative, organizational, and leadership skills.
- Knowledge of CBSE administrative requirements.
- Basic knowledge of CBSE online portals and digital education platforms
- Experience in facilities, transport, procurement, and vendor management.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Forms, Drive).
- Hands-on experience with School ERP systems, CBSE portals, data management, and report preparation.
- Ability to create and publish blogs, website content, newsletters, and social media posts for school communication and branding.
- Proficiency in email communication, online collaboration tools, basic graphic design/presentation tools (e.g., Canva), and digital documentation.
