About the Role
Singularis Software Technologies is looking for a smart, energetic and well-presented Digital Marketing cum Receptionist to join our team.
This role combines Digital Marketing, Social Media Management, Lead Generation, Content Creation, Student Communication and Front Office Management.
Candidates who have completed a Digital Marketing course will be given first priority. Freshers with the right skills, communication and attitude are welcome to apply.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage day-to-day Instagram, Facebook and LinkedIn activities
- Plan and coordinate regular social media content
- Create and publish social media posts and promotional content
- Create posters, promotional creatives and digital marketing materials
- Generate genuine student leads through digital marketing channels
- Identify and explore new lead-generation opportunities
- Handle student enquiries through calls, WhatsApp and other channels
- Manage reception and welcome students/visitors professionally
- Handle walk-in enquiries
- Coordinate with students and trainers
- Maintain daily lead-generation and activity reports
- Support promotional campaigns and marketing activities
- Assist with general front-office and day-to-day office coordination
Lead Generation Target
The selected candidate will be responsible for achieving a monthly genuine student lead-generation target.
Initial Target: 80–100 qualified student leads per month
The focus will be on quality and genuine enquiries, rather than simply collecting phone numbers.
Performance will be evaluated based on:
- Number of genuine leads generated
- Quality and relevance of leads
- Lead sources and marketing activities
- Consistency of lead generation
- Proper maintenance of lead records and follow-ups
What We Are Looking For
- Digital Marketing course/certification – preferred and given first priority
- Good communication skills in English and Malayalam
- Basic knowledge of Instagram, Facebook and LinkedIn
- Understanding of digital marketing concepts
- Interest in social media and lead generation
- Confident, energetic and proactive personality
- Good student/customer communication skills
- Willingness to learn and take responsibility

- Graphic Designing
- Canva
- Photoshop / Illustrator or similar design tools
- Social media poster creation
- Reel/video editing
- Content creation
- Basic photography or video skills

The ideal candidate should be able to independently handle routine social media activities, create attractive promotional materials, generate genuine leads and professionally manage the front office after initial training.
